Is this coffee decaffeinated or not?

I bought organic Allegro Coffee from Whole Foods Market. The blend is "Whole Foods Blend" Light and Dark roast profile. In tiny letters there is a statement that says "decaf swiss water (r) process" It doesn't actually say decaffeinated anywhere. Is this just some sort of process that they use to make coffee or have I mistakenly bought decaf?

The process of decaffeinating using the Swiss water method is a common way of decaffeinating coffee, you have bought decaffeinated coffee.
